Booking Conditions

RESTAURANT:

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY (UNTIL 24 PEOPLE):
To guarantee the reservation, the deposit corresponding to the number of people will be charged to the credit card provided (VAT and taxes included).

From 8 to 14 people, the charge will be € 200.
From 15 to 24 people, the charge will be € 400.

In the event that customers come to the reservation, the entire amount will be refunded the day following the reservation date to the same credit card provided. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded as long as the cancellation is made before 14:00h on the day of booking. In case of late cancellation or no show, the deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS AT THE RESTAURANT (25 PEOPLE OR MORE):

For groups of 25 people or more are required to contact the reservations department by email: [email protected], since it is necessary to prepare a set menu and work out a budget for it.

IN THE EVENT THE GROUP DECIDES TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION, IT MUST GIVE KM5 PRIOR NOTIFICATION AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFOREHAND. IF THIS IS NOT DONE, THE ESTABLISHMENT WILL NOT REFUND 50% OF THE DEPOSIT HELD FOR ITS CONFIRMATION.
IN THE EVENT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AGREED ON FOR THE RESERVATION IS REDUCED, KM5 MUST BE GIVEN PRIOR NOTICE 24 HOURS BEFOREHAND. IF THIS IS NOT DONE, THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO PAY FOR 50% OF THE MENU OF THOSE WHO DO NOT ATTEND.

IN ORDER TO SECURE THE BOOKING YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION POLICY ESTABLISHED BY KM5 BY MEANS OF A CONFIRMATORY EMAIL FROM THE INTERESTED CUSTOMER.

LOUNGE GARDEN:

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS AT THE LOUNGE GARDEN:

For bookings of up to 19 people we don’t establish any deposit in this area.

For groups of 20 people or more are required to contact the Reservations department must be contacted by email: [email protected], since it is necessary to prepare a closed budget.

IN THE EVENT THE GROUP DECIDES TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION, IT MUST GIVE KM5 PRIOR NOTIFICATION AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFOREHAND. IF THIS IS NOT DONE, THE ESTABLISHMENT WILL NOT REFUND 50% OF THE DEPOSIT HELD FOR ITS CONFIRMATION.

SUSHI LOUNGE:

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS AT THE SUSHI LOUNGE:

We don’t establish any deposit in this area.
