Grilled meats are the big stars on Km5’s menu. From the very beginning, the restaurant has distinguished itself by cooking them over an oak wood grill and choosing the best cuts from purebred cows from countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, New Zealand and Spain. The specialties? The Black Angus T-Bone Steak or Argentine Angus loin roast.

Moreover, Km5 has become a trendsetter by introducing other grilled dishes such as duck comfit, octopus and fish.

At our restaurant, there are also other culinary delights, ranging from homemade stuffed pasta, to exquisite Peruvian ceviche or tuna tartar. We are leaders in Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.

And, if you fancy a lighter alternative, we have, among other delights, a “finger food” menu with a selection of Iberian cured meats or foie gras terrine that you can enjoy in our garden or in the lounge throughout the night.

The different options are always accompanied by highly select national and international wines and champagnes from our wine cellar.

Though the essence of our cuisine is still the same it was 23 years ago, it now includes an avant-garde touch.
