Lara Kaló made her character in Paris where she studied for five years in Fine Arts by the Ecole Duperre. Based in Barcelona since 3 years ago, she doesn’t stop creating, displaying, painting in public (she likes) and blending with other artists from different artistic ways. The technique used for the exhibition will be seen in Km5 between 4 th and 31st of August is acrylic on fabric with palette knife and paletinas. Many of the paintings will be exhibited have been painted live during performances blended with music and and ended in her study of Poblenou after. In recent years, Kaló has experienced a change in her paintings, leading to more experienced, spontaneous and colorful works.She is an artist who is passionate of portrait and more particularly about women. On August 4th, in addition to the Vernissage with which it will start the exhibition, Kaló will make a live painting perform in Km5 from 10pm..
